Local Scholarships
Local community members, clubs, organizations and businesses offer the following scholarships.
These scholarships are due in the counselor’s office no later than April 1, (unless otherwise noted). This policy has been instituted in order to get the applications to the scholarship selection committees and to be notified of the recipients by May, (before the Awards Assembly program is printed). Thank you for your full cooperation!
Note: A computer disk with all of the local scholarship applications written to it will be available for students who do not have internet access. A student will be able to complete his/her application on the computer and then print it out. Therefore, there will be no need for a typewriter! These disks will be available second semester.
All local scholarships are posted on the PISD website and most applications can be completed and printed from this site.
